Shipping

Flat-rate shipping on all items and orders over $100 are shipped free.

I currently do not ship to the United States.

Canadian orders from 4EverU-Gifts are shipped via Canada Post and are not tracked.  Should you desire tracking please contact me to set it up.

Orders are shipped next business day, Monday - Thursday.  You will receive a shipping confirmation notice when your order is mailed.

Canada Post Letter Mail delivery can take 5-7 days while Parcel Post delivery can take 1-2 weeks.

My shipping methods utilize recycled paper, envelops and plastic as much as possible to reduce my environmental footprint.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

You can cancel your order up to 2 hours of purchase and receive a full refund.  Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.  Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

You can return your order, prepaid, or exchange your jewelry gift for any reason within 15 days of receiving the order. Returns must be sent via Canada Post within 7 days of you notifying me that you wish to return the order.

Once your return is received in their original condition, I will issue you a refund via your original payment method.  Please note that returned earrings have a hook replacement fee of $2.50.
